Returns and refunds

As we are a small business, we are not able to offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind at this time.

Seconds sale

By purchasing from the seconds sale you accept the product imperfection/s as is; we cannot accept returns or exchanges, or offer refunds on these items.

With seconds vases you may encounter some of the following imperfections: minor scuff marks, minor chips or marks.

Whilst we have tried to demonstrate this in the photos we aren’t able to capture everything (some things are hard to capture due to glass!).

Faulty items + damages (excludes seconds sale)

Our pieces are made in small batches by hand and as a result, every piece will be unique. There may be small variations as unique characteristics of your piece, we think this is what makes them special!

We check every single piece prior to shipping the item to you, to ensure it is not damaged.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item to let us know.

We will require a clear description of the damage, images of the damage as well as images of the packaging and a clear image of the shipping label.

If the damage is not structural, it is most likely a natural variation of the piece and will not quality for a refund.
