Returns and refunds
As we are a small business, we are not able to offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind at this time.
Faulty items + damages
Our pieces are made in small batches by hand and as a result, every piece will be unique. There may be small variations as unique characteristics of your piece, we think this is what makes them special!
We check every single piece prior to shipping the item to you, to ensure it is not damaged.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item to let us know.
We will require a clear description of the damage, images of the damage as well as images of the packaging and a clear image of the shipping label.
If the damage is not structural, it is most likely a natural variation of the piece and will not quality for a refund.

Sale Periods
Please note the following terms & conditions apply to all transactions made during any discount or sale event.
Selected pieces only. All sales are as marked & final. A sale will continue until stock lasts; we are then unable to honour sale prices after the sale has ended.
- All sales are FINAL. No returns, exchanges or refunds will be provided unless an item is deemed faulty by our Customer Care team (please email an image of the fault to hello@anticohome.com.au for review)
- We will not under any circumstances be able to honour the sale price on past orders, irrespective of how recently your past order was placed.
- Other discount codes can be used in conjunction with the sale offer.
- Store credits/gift cards are accepted as payment during the online archive sale given, they are still active.
- Gift Vouchers and discount codes must be applied at checkout. Codes cannot be applied retrospectively, and refunds will not be issued for discount codes/gift vouchers not used at the time of purchase.
- Due to the fast-paced nature of a sale period, orders cannot be cancelled, updated, or modified once placed. Please ensure you check your order, and delivery address before checking out to avoid disappointment. We will not be held liable for incorrect addresses.
Due to a high volume of orders during a sale period, please allow an additional 2 business days for all orders to be dispatched.
We are not liable for delays in delivery by our carrier Australia Post. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive tracking information via email.
