Delivery
Orders will be sent within two business days of purchase.

Delivery is from Geelong, Victoria meaning 'Standard Post' is 5-7 business days with 'Express Post' as 3-4 business days. Any delays with Australia Post are out of our control.

We encourage you to calculate your shipping time via the Australia Post website here. Enter 'North Geelong, 3215' for an accurate calculation. 

Please note express shipping is applied to the shipping time, this does not fast track dispatch time. 

Please ensure you check your order, and delivery address before checking out to avoid disappointment. We will not be held liable for incorrect addresses.

Click and Collect

We are pleased to offer Click & Collect from our Geelong warehouse by arrangement.

As Click & Collect is not currently available during checkout, please email us at hello@anticohome.com.au before placing your order and we'll arrange payment collection for you.

Once your order is ready, we'll contact you to organise a convenient collection time. Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before attending.

Safe Arrival Guarantee

We ship fragile items in heavy-duty boxes to ensure it arrives safely.

In the rare event of damage in transit, we’ll replace or refund the item, simply email a photo of the damaged goods to hello@anticohome.com.au within 72 hours of delivery.
