Delivery
Orders will be sent within two business days of purchase.
Delivery is from Geelong, Victoria meaning 'Standard Post' is 5-7 business days with 'Express Post' as 3-4 business days. Any delays with Australia Post are out of our control.
We encourage you to calculate your shipping time via the Australia Post website here. Enter 'North Geelong, 3215' for an accurate calculation.
Please note express shipping is applied to the shipping time, this does not fast track dispatch time.
Please ensure you check your order, and delivery address before checking out to avoid disappointment. We will not be held liable for incorrect addresses.
Click and Collect
We are pleased to offer Click & Collect from our Geelong warehouse by arrangement.
As Click & Collect is not currently available during checkout, please email us at hello@anticohome.com.au before placing your order and we'll arrange payment collection for you.
Once your order is ready, we'll contact you to organise a convenient collection time. Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before attending.

Pre-orders
Items available for pre-order will be indicated on the product page with the anticipated available date/range. Please note, once your order is placed, the full payment will be captured up front. If you wish to cancel your order before the ship date, you may do so by contacting hello@anticohome.com.au
If you purchase a pre-order item together with in-stock items, your order will be split.
Your available items will be shipped first, and your pre-order item will be sent separately once it becomes available.
Safe Arrival Guarantee
We ship fragile items in heavy-duty boxes to ensure it arrives safely.
In the rare event of damage in transit, we’ll replace or refund the item, simply email a photo of the damaged goods to hello@anticohome.com.au within 72 hours of delivery.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, handling fees or other charges imposed by local customs, postal authorities or government agencies in the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost paid to Antico Home and, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.
Antico Home does not control these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend checking with your local customs or postal authority before placing an order if you require further information.
If duties, taxes or other import charges are payable, you may be contacted directly by the relevant customs authority, postal service or courier to arrange payment before your order can be delivered.
Antico Home is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or for additional charges imposed after your order has been dispatched.
If an order is refused or left unclaimed due to unpaid duties, taxes or import charges and is subsequently returned to Antico Home, any costs incurred in returning the parcel may be deducted from any refund available, subject to applicable consumer law.
